Can you set up an auto email option for customers on layaway, to remind them at a customized internal to make payments online towards their purchase?
Interval/frequency should be set at the order inception. Emails should go automatically to customer inbox, and link them to make a payment on the specified invoice.
Bonus points if you can get ACH payments working on the portal to lower transaction processing costs.
