After sending a payment link to someone the only way to see if paid is to check in suspended sales or coreclear transactions. Sometimes we send them out and forget about them. Would like a way to be notified payment was made so can ship item or order if special order.
Notifications will now go out any time a payment is made.
I am not receiving any notifications when customers pay layaways. I deal with these every day, so I'll know as soon as I do.
So you are sending all system response emails to the BCC address and filtering to find new payment emails? Is that correct/. TY
If you set up your BCC email in settings it will send you an emaill. Basically sends a copy of everything the system sends back to you. We have been getting the emails once a customer pays. Just a workaround until they develop this out some more.
Under your location. Inventory->Locations. Choose your location and look for BCC Email. You can have a different email for each location.
