Enhanced IP Address Restrictions

Going off of another suggestion here - we would like to see the "Timeclock IP" restriction functionality enhanced. We need to be able to enter multiple IP addresses (we have primary and secondary ISPs and need to be able to log in to all locations from our corporate IP as well).

Perhaps it can be multiple IPs, but also the option to choose whether to enforce it for all users or just those that use time clock. That would make it work for both situations.

This is important for us too, we are just hoping to not have it tied to the Timeclock. We use a separate integration that works with Quickbooks and we are not willing to move away from that functionality.
