It would be useful to be able to customize the SMS and Email templates so that I could notify my customer when their item is ready for pickup. We like to notify the customer our hours. To expand upon that it would be useful to customize this per status so we can keep the customer informed.

Chiming in. This would be great. We don't use the current system because we cant modify the messages (email/text). Further, Corestore needs to fix the email system to better stop email messages from going to spam.
In order to send on behalf of my company's email domain, CoreStore needs to authenticate with my email server. It's a few extra steps but easy to do.
To further add to this if we could get an undeliverable notification as well it would be handy. Currently twillio sends me an error message when a land line is texted but I have to login to twillio to find out what number it was. When I'm not in my employees don't know.
