Change DOB input on E4473

The new format for date of birth is very confusing. It is difficult to use and is creating mistakes on the form. Currently the customer can not type in the date. The format of choosing a month then year which requires them to use the back arrow multiple times ( I know they can type year but it is confusing since they couldn't initially. Finally they need to touch the day to get day to register. Recommend removing the calendar and just letting them type or a simple drop down for month, day, and year.
