Bound Book Export Fields

Is it possible to be given the choice to only export selected fields when you Excel Export a Bound Book? This would be very useful for reporting purposes so we don't have to hide and delete so many columns when working with the export.

Oh, and I don't know if this is possible, but it would also be awesome for the exported file columns to be in the same order as displayed.
