Add SMS option on Manage 4473 Page (Or Section C)

For us it would be great if we could have the option to send an SMS from the Manage 4473 page, or optionally Section C. Possibly even with a canned message that would let the customer know that their background has been approved. In Illinois, we have a much higher percentage of delayed responses than most other states and this is a very frequent activity. We would like the message to be customizable so that we could add wording related to the waiting period as well.

How do we activate this feature? Don't see it as an option.

From the manage 4473 module click the check box next to the 4473 you would like to send an SMS message to. A button will appear that says "send sms" click it and type in a message.
Unfortunately it's not automated and you have to type out the message every time. It would be nice if you could at least write out a few options and select the one you want.
