Format error messages in email

I set up email alerts for eCommerce logs whenever there's a failed transaction. Trying to read a jumbled block of text is extremely difficult though. Can you format these types of errors so it's at least on separate lines, if not able able to make them in a more user-friendly fashion? Would make reading the cause of the failures easier as well as the customer information.
